2Create an FAO Taleo candidate profile

3Complete the vacancy-specific profile carefully
After signing in, access the profile from your name in the upper-right menu and complete the fields required for the requisition. FAO notes that edits made while applying are job-specific: updating one application does not change what you submitted for another vacancy.

Use the actual duties and criteria to decide what work history, education, language evidence and attachments to foreground.
