The starting point
“What began as a personal AI search became a resource I wanted other job seekers to have.”

Why I built it
From my own workflow to something others can use.
My own international job search involved the same repeated work many candidates know well: checking separate career sites, reading long vacancy notices, comparing inconsistent details, and trying to remember which opportunities were still worth pursuing.
I started using AI to collect, organise, and understand that information for myself. The process became useful enough that it felt wrong to keep it as a private system.
IGO Jobs is the digital resource that grew from that workflow. I continue to build it independently in Geneva, improving the data, the search, and the tools around the real steps of finding and pursuing international work.
