Collect, analyse and systematise incoming proposals for Committee consideration
Facilitate interagency discussions on foreign trade and logistics procedure simplification
Monitor implementation and timely completion of Committee decisions and actions
Coordinate with international partners and the Development Coordination Council
Develop methodologies and terms of reference for specialised working groups
Provide Committee members and officials with timely implementation status information
Requirements
University degree in economics, international trade, law, business administration or related fields
At least 5 years of professional experience in economic development
Knowledge of the WTO Trade Facilitation Agreement, Tajikistan's obligations and the functions of the National Trade Facilitation Committee
Excellent research and technical writing skills
Advanced knowledge of Tajikistan's economy and trade
Professional fluency in Tajik and English
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications and online databases
