Coordinates IOM’s Helios+ integration activities for beneficiaries of protection in Greece’s South Aegean region. The role leads project implementation, field-team coordination and local partnerships, ensuring activities, donor commitments and resources support employability, language learning, vocational training, independent living and social inclusion for people rebuilding their lives.

• Coordinate project components and timely implementation across the designated region
• Supervise Unit Focal Points and Assistants and support effective field coordination
• Maintain coordination with donors, implementing partners and local authorities
• Represent IOM in coordination fora and events and promote project objectives
• Manage project resources and allocated budgets with senior management
• Develop and implement resource-management plans that protect quality and timelines

• High School Diploma with at least five years of relevant experience, or a university degree in a listed field with at least three years of experience
• At least three years of previous work experience
• Fluency in English and Greek
• Valid residence and work permit for Greece

• Master’s degree in listed fields is an advantage
• Experience in a multicultural environment is preferred
• A valid driver’s license with five years driving experience is an advantage
