Senior Project Associate

Support IOM’s senior project associate function through focused delivery of operational activities, coordination, monitoring and accurate reporting. The role works with staff, partners and local stakeholders to maintain compliant, timely implementation, identify practical follow-up actions and contribute to reliable programme or service outcomes in the assigned office.

• Coordinate project activities and field implementation in Sabah
• Liaise with state authorities, partners and community actors
• Organize trainings, workshops, assessments and consultations
• Monitor implementation progress and document emerging needs
• Support protection-sensitive migration management and partnerships

• IOM-specified education, experience and language qualifications
• Relevant experience supporting the stated operational responsibilities
• Ability to work in the duty-station context
