Summary of Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, implement and monitor project activities
- Analyse project information and highlight issues for relevant decision-makers
- Monitor budget implementation and propose adjustments
- Coordinate administrative actions with organizational units and external partners
- Maintain project tracking tools and prepare monitoring and status reports
- Organize meetings, workshops and capacity-building training sessions
Role Requirements
- School diploma with six years of relevant experience, or bachelor's degree in political or social sciences, international relations, development studies, migration studies, human rights, law or related fields with four years
- Experience liaising with government authorities, institutions, UN agencies and non-governmental organizations
- Experience working with migrants, refugees, displaced people, trafficking survivors or other vulnerable groups
- Experience managing labour-migration, employment or entrepreneurship projects
- Fluency in English and Turkish
Desired Criteria
- International humanitarian, government or UN work experience is an advantage
