Job Description

The Senior Project Assistant will support ADB's Türkiye Resident Mission in Ankara with country programming, portfolio data management and reporting. The role coordinates Country Management Team inputs, monitors pipeline projects and portfolio performance, and prepares review materials and meeting records. It also supports government and partner coordination, Client Portal for Disbursement use and consultant recruitment and contract management.

Summary of Responsibilities

  • Compile pipeline-project information and Country Management Team inputs
  • Monitor portfolio data on awards, disbursements and safeguards
  • Prepare portfolio review reports and meeting materials
  • Coordinate with government authorities and development partners
  • Monitor Client Portal for Disbursement registration and implementation
  • Support consultant recruitment and contract administration

Role Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • At least five years of data management, analysis, monitoring and reporting experience
  • Proficiency in English and Turkish
  • Turkish nationality or permanent residency
