Senior Operations Officer

The Senior Operations Officer will support ADB's Türkiye Resident Mission in Ankara with business development, loan and technical-assistance processing, and project portfolio management. The role reviews project design, financing and procurement arrangements, monitors operations and maintains portfolio information systems. It prepares management reports, guides executing agencies and supports knowledge-management activities.

• Support country business development and project processing
• Review project design, financing and procurement arrangements
• Maintain project profiles and processing milestones in e-Ops
• Monitor active projects and technical-assistance operations
• Review bidding documents and evaluation reports
• Guide executing agencies on ADB guidelines
• Prepare portfolio reports and briefing materials

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
• At least eight years of project administration and implementation experience
• At least four years of supervisory experience
• Proficiency in English and Turkish
• Turkish nationality or permanent residency

• Master's degree or equivalent
