Programme Support Associate

The Programme Support Associate will support IOM Türkiye's Programme Development, Strategy, and Support Unit in Ankara with proposal development, donor reporting, donor liaison and programme documentation.

• Maintain donor contact and develop, review and submit proposals, concept notes, appeals and agreements
• Support preparation and consolidation of project proposal documentation
• Coordinate, draft and edit donor and Country Office reports in English
• Update project data in IOM portals, internal reporting matrices and PRIMA
• Prepare notes, briefs and other materials for donor meetings and consultations
• Maintain records of correspondence, project development files and reporting information

• University degree in English, politics, international relations or a related field with three years of relevant professional experience, or high school degree with five years of relevant professional experience
• Proven experience editing and writing documents in English
• Proven experience in resource mobilization or project development
• Experience working with migrants, refugees, internally displaced persons, victims of trafficking or other vulnerable individuals
• Fluency in English and Turkish

• Experience in technical writing and editing in international development or humanitarian fields
• Working knowledge of donor liaison and project development
• Experience liaising with government authorities, institutions, UN agencies, NGOs and the private sector

• Special short-term graded contract up to nine months with an initial duration of six months
• Duty travel within Türkiye may be required
• Recommended candidates may remain eligible for similar positions for 24 months
