Job Description

Supports IOM Egypt’s programme support unit to develop projects, mobilise resources and produce accurate donor reporting. The role drafts proposals and communication products, compiles project reports, researches funding opportunities, maintains project data and stakeholder records, supports PRIMA processes, and coordinates follow-up with programme managers, partners and field counterparts.

Summary of Responsibilities

  • Draft donor reports, concept notes and proposals for resource mobilisation
  • Compile interim and final project reports with programme managers
  • Verify reporting documents against donor standards and project requirements
  • Support project development and reporting tasks in PRIMA
  • Research funding opportunities and maintain stakeholder and donor contacts
  • Draft communication, advocacy and monitoring products for visibility and reporting

Role Requirements

  • Bachelor’s/University degree in Political or Social Science, Business Administration, International Relations, Migration or Development Studies, Human Rights, Law or a related field with three years of relevant professional experience, or a High School Diploma with five years of relevant professional experience
  • Fluency in English and Arabic, oral and written

Desired Criteria

  • Work experience in donor relations and report writing for relevant donors
  • Experience in and understanding of monitoring and evaluation concepts
  • Relevant work experience in international development or the humanitarian sector
  • Working knowledge of French
