Job Description
Supports implementation of IOM’s labour-market integration project in Ankara. The role coordinates actions, project information and stakeholder engagement; monitors activities, budgets and implementing partners; drafts reports and briefings; organises meetings and training events; and helps identify and address delivery gaps so project objectives and results are achieved effectively.

Summary of Responsibilities
- Assist implementation and monitoring of project activities
- Compile and analyse information on project topics
- Monitor budgets and update budget-related information
- Coordinate administrative actions with organisational units and external parties
- Draft status reports and recommend remedies for delivery gaps
- Monitor implementing partners and report non-compliance
Role Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Political or Social Sciences, International Relations, Development Studies, Migration Studies, Human Rights, Law or a related field with three years of relevant professional experience
- Fluency in Turkish and English, oral and written
Desired Criteria
- Experience liaising with governmental authorities, national and international institutions, UN agencies and non-governmental organisations
- Experience working with migrants, refugees, internally displaced persons, victims of trafficking and other vulnerable groups
- Prior work experience with international humanitarian, non-government or government institutions in a multi-cultural setting
- Working knowledge of Arabic
