Job Description
This Programme Associate will provide specialised programme and administrative support to UNICEF Türkiye’s Child Protection section, with a focus on justice for children. The role supports planning, implementation and monitoring through data and budget analysis, grant and partnership coordination, reporting, digital efficiency and capacity-building activities.

Summary of Responsibilities
- Coordinate implementing partnerships for child-protection and justice-for-children activities
- Manage data, analysis and reporting for programme delivery
- Monitor grants and budgets and prepare related reports
- Improve operational efficiency through digital innovation
- Coordinate communication, knowledge sharing and dissemination
- Support capacity-building events and surge needs
Role Requirements
- Secondary education in a related field
- At least 6 years of relevant experience in child protection, access to justice, programme management, grant management, budget monitoring, donor reporting or partnership management
- Proficient or fluent English and Turkish
Desired Criteria
- Professional or university courses related to the field of work
- Relevant country-level experience in development, fragile settings or humanitarian contexts
