Job Description
Coordinates IOM labour-mobility and protection activities in pilot provinces, combining case management, project administration and stakeholder engagement. The associate monitors work plans, budgets and donor compliance; coordinates protection-sensitive relocation and referrals; organizes capacity building; prepares reports and guidance; supervises staff; and strengthens integration services.

Summary of Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate day-to-day project implementation and adjust work plans
- Coordinate protection-sensitive relocation, counselling, screening, referrals and assistance
- Monitor budget expenditures and compliance with financial and donor requirements
- Coordinate referral pathways and integrated service delivery with programme units
- Prepare reports, donor updates, briefings and financial documentation
- Supervise, mentor and train reporting staff
Role Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Political or Social Sciences, International Relations, Development Studies, Migration Studies, Law, Social Services or related fields from an accredited academic institution with five years of relevant professional experience; or High school diploma with seven years
- Experience in project implementation and case management, referrals and direct assistance modalities
- Fluency in English and Turkish is required (oral and written)
