Senior Project Associate – Protection

Coordinates IOM labour-mobility and protection activities in pilot provinces, combining case management, project administration and stakeholder engagement. The associate monitors work plans, budgets and donor compliance; coordinates protection-sensitive relocation and referrals; organizes capacity building; prepares reports and guidance; supervises staff; and strengthens integration services.

• Lead and coordinate day-to-day project implementation and adjust work plans
• Coordinate protection-sensitive relocation, counselling, screening, referrals and assistance
• Monitor budget expenditures and compliance with financial and donor requirements
• Coordinate referral pathways and integrated service delivery with programme units
• Prepare reports, donor updates, briefings and financial documentation
• Supervise, mentor and train reporting staff

• Bachelor’s degree in Political or Social Sciences, International Relations, Development Studies, Migration Studies, Law, Social Services or related fields from an accredited academic institution with five years of relevant professional experience; or High school diploma with seven years
• Experience in project implementation and case management, referrals and direct assistance modalities
• Fluency in English and Turkish is required (oral and written)
