Job Description
Protection Associate supports its assigned functions through technical analysis, programme implementation, partner coordination and accurate documentation. The role monitors progress and compliance, prepares reports and guidance, works with authorities and operational counterparts, and helps deliver timely, accountable services and results for affected people, communities and institutions.

Summary of Responsibilities
- Support individual case interventions and protection monitoring
- Provide technical guidance to partners on individual cases
- Consolidate and analyse protection data and risk profiles
- Draft protection reports, briefs, strategy documents and guidance
Role Requirements
- Relevant education and professional experience in the area of assignment
- Fluency in English is required
- Fluency in Turkish is required
Desired Criteria
- Knowledge of other UN languages is an asset
- Knowledge of International Refugee Law and Human Rights Law
- Completion of UNHCR Learning programmes or specific training relevant to functions
