IGO Jobs is operated by Vishishth, a sole proprietor registered in India. References to “IGO Jobs”, “we”, “us”, or “our” in these terms mean Vishishth operating the IGO Jobs service.

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of IGO Jobs, including the job board, profile tools, saved jobs, tracker, CV-related features, analytics, and related services.

By using IGO Jobs, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the service.

IGO Jobs provides job discovery, organisation, and application-management tools for UN, IGO, NGO, humanitarian, and international development roles.

The service may include public job listings, profile tools, saved jobs, application tracking, notes, reminders, match scores, search features, and AI-assisted functionality.

Job listings are provided for discovery and organisation. We aim to present useful and accurate information, but job details may change, expire, contain errors, or differ from the official employer page.

You should always verify job details, deadlines, eligibility, application requirements, and application instructions on the official employer website before applying.

Applications must be submitted through the official hiring portal or application channel identified by the relevant employer. IGO Jobs does not receive, process, review, or influence applications for listed roles unless expressly stated otherwise.

IGO Jobs is not affiliated with, endorsed by, operated by, or acting on behalf of the United Nations or any listed organisation. IGO Jobs is not the employer, recruiter, or hiring authority for listed roles unless expressly stated otherwise.

You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for maintaining accurate profile, CV, and contact information.

You must not impersonate another person, create misleading profiles, misuse another user's account, or attempt to access data that does not belong to you.

IGO Jobs may use AI-assisted tools to parse CVs, autofill profile fields, interpret search queries, generate embeddings, estimate match scores, or improve job relevance.

AI outputs are provided for convenience and may be incomplete, outdated, biased, or incorrect. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them.

Match scores, recommendations, and AI-generated suggestions do not guarantee interview selection, employment, eligibility, or application success.

You must not use IGO Jobs to violate laws, infringe rights, upload malicious content, scrape or overload the service, bypass security controls, reverse engineer protected systems, harvest user data, or interfere with the service.

You must not submit content that is unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, discriminatory, harmful, or otherwise abusive.

You retain ownership of content you provide, such as profile details, CVs, notes, and tracker information.

You grant IGO Jobs permission to process that content as needed to provide, secure, maintain, and improve the service.

IGO Jobs may offer paid or PRO features. Pricing, billing terms, feature availability, and cancellation rules will be presented when those features are offered.

Paid services, including any CV review, cover letter support, profile support, or career-support feature, are independent support services and do not guarantee interviews, offers, selection, eligibility, or preferential treatment by any employer.

We may change or discontinue free, pilot, beta, or paid features as the service develops.

IGO Jobs is provided on an as-available basis. We may update, suspend, limit, or discontinue parts of the service at any time.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, permanent storage, or availability of any specific listing, feature, source, or integration.

We may restrict or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect users or the service, respond to unlawful or abusive use, enforce these terms, or comply with law. You may stop using the service and delete your account through the available account controls.

IGO Jobs is provided for informational and organisational purposes. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, IGO Jobs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost opportunities, lost data, lost profits, or hiring outcomes.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect information when you use IGO Jobs.

IGO Jobs, its original interface, branding, software, and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Employer names, logos, job descriptions, and other third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners.

These terms do not give you permission to copy, resell, republish, or commercially exploit protected parts of the service except where law permits it or we provide written permission.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts with jurisdiction in India will have jurisdiction over disputes, except where mandatory consumer or other applicable law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere or provides protections that cannot be excluded by contract.

We may update these Terms of Use as the service changes. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify users, such as updating the date on this page or providing an in-product notice.
