Job Description
Supports IOM labour-mobility activities in pilot provinces, including case management, referrals and protection-sensitive relocation. The associate delivers counselling, safeguards voluntary decisions, maintains confidential case records, coordinates service providers, flags protection risks, drafts reports and tools, and organizes workshops and capacity building with frequent field presence.

Summary of Responsibilities
- Assist planning, coordination, implementation and monitoring of project activities
- Conduct individual counselling using protection principles and voluntariness standards
- Maintain accurate confidential case records and case-management data
- Facilitate referrals and protection-sensitive relocation follow-up
- Identify and flag protection, safeguarding and operational risks
- Draft reports, correspondence, tools and guidance materials
Role Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Political or Social Sciences, International Relations, Social Services, Psychology, Migration Studies, Law or a related field from an accredited academic institution with four years of relevant professional experience; or High School diploma with six years
- Experience in case management, counselling, referrals and service mapping
- Fluency in Turkish and English is required (oral and written)
