Job Description

Coordinates protection-centred reintegration support for migrants returning from Libya through the Voluntary Humanitarian Return programme. The role oversees casework, records, referrals and field follow-up, guides reintegration case workers, safeguards confidential data, and monitors project finances, reporting and audit actions to support timely, dignified reintegration.

Summary of Responsibilities

  • Coordinate reintegration support and post-arrival assistance for returnees from Libya
  • Maintain reintegration case records, vouchers and supporting documents
  • Supervise reintegration case workers and review case-management outputs
  • Undertake field activities to monitor and guide reintegration support
  • Maintain confidential paperwork and alert management to non-compliance
  • Generate project financial reports and support audit follow-up actions

Role Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in political or social sciences, Development Studies, Human Rights, International Relations, Law or a related field with four years of relevant professional experience, or a high school diploma with at least six years of relevant working experience
  • Fluency in English and Arabic

Desired Criteria

  • Previous working experience with NGOs or international organizations
  • Working knowledge of French
