Job Description
Provides direct-assistance support for trafficking survivors and vulnerable migrants in IOM's protection programme. The assistant conducts interviews, coordinates assistance, prepares case-management records and analyses, safeguards confidential beneficiary data, and helps organize training on identification, assisted voluntary return and reintegration through ethical, gender-sensitive practice.

Summary of Responsibilities
- Interview potential victims of trafficking and vulnerable migrants to record general information
- Coordinate assistance provided to individual beneficiaries
- Prepare regular case-management reports for each beneficiary
- Maintain beneficiary data in IOM assistance databases and ensure proper filing
- Prepare requested statistics, reports and analyses
- Protect the confidentiality of all beneficiaries
- Help organize training on victim identification and assisted voluntary return and reintegration
Role Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Social Science, Psychology, Business Administration or a community-related field with two years of relevant professional experience; alternatively, a Secondary School certificate with four years of community-related fieldwork experience
- Fluency in English and Arabic, oral and written
