Job Description
Supports IOM Türkiye’s assisted voluntary return and reintegration programme by helping migrants access case-management, counselling and referral services. The role coordinates project delivery with protection partners and internal teams, monitors assistance and referral outcomes, improves protocols and tools, and builds capacity for agencies assisting people returning voluntarily.

Summary of Responsibilities
- Support AVRR outreach, case registration, tracking, counselling and service delivery
- Organise workshops, meetings and conferences and liaise with national counterparts
- Report on beneficiary referrals, assistance and case-management records using required forms
- Analyse project data and present information on specified topics
- Identify gaps in referral protocols and assistance measures and help develop tools and guidelines
- Liaise with PMM, NGOs and other partners while protecting confidentiality
- Help evaluate assistance provided to AVRR beneficiaries
- Coordinate AVRR case implementation with procurement, finance and movement operations
Role Requirements
- School diploma with five years of relevant experience, or a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with three years of relevant professional experience
- Experience working with migrants, refugees, internally displaced persons, victims of trafficking or other vulnerable groups
- Willingness and ability to travel
- Fluency in Turkish and English and French or Spanish, orally and in writing
Desired Criteria
- Completion of learning programmes or specific training relevant to the position
- Experience in protection, counter-trafficking, child protection, return and reintegration, gender-based violence or humanitarian affairs
- Experience in community-based protection and assistance services
