Job Description

Supports a Türkiye employment-inclusion project by coordinating and monitoring activities, budgets and implementing partners. The role organizes training and capacity-building events, prepares reports and project documentation, and liaises with authorities, UN agencies, donors and civil-society partners to address delivery gaps and strengthen formal-employment transition outcomes.

Summary of Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, implement and monitor project activities
  • Compile and analyse project information and present issues for management consideration
  • Monitor budget implementation and propose necessary adjustments
  • Coordinate administrative actions and clearances with organizational units and external parties
  • Draft status reports, correspondence, briefing notes and statistical documentation
  • Organize training sessions and prepare materials for capacity-building workshops
  • Liaise with authorities, UN agencies, partners, donors and other project stakeholders
  • Monitor implementing partners and report non-compliance to the supervisor

Role Requirements

  • High School diploma with six years of relevant experience, or a Bachelor’s degree in political or social sciences, international relations, development studies, migration studies, human rights, law or a related field with four years of relevant professional experience
  • Experience liaising with governmental authorities, national and international institutions, UN agencies and non-governmental organizations in migration management
  • Fluency in English and Turkish

Desired Criteria

  • Experience working with migrants, refugees, internally displaced persons, victims of trafficking or other vulnerable groups
  • Experience with international humanitarian organizations or government institutions in a multicultural setting
  • Knowledge of labour migration, livelihoods, UN and bilateral donor programming
