Summary of Responsibilities
- Analyse teacher-training needs through pedagogical diagnostics, field data collection and skills-gap identification
- Support development and adaptation of training plans, modules and teaching materials
- Coordinate logistical and technical arrangements for training activities with trainers and ministries
- Monitor field training quality, participant engagement and alignment with project objectives
- Collect, process and analyse monitoring data on training activities and learner outcomes
- Draft technical reports, synthesis notes and capitalisation documents on training results
- Archive and structure technical, pedagogical and administrative project documents
Role Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in education sciences, pedagogy, social sciences, educational psychology or another relevant equivalent field
- At least three years of relevant professional experience in the education sector
- Proven experience in initial or continuing teacher training, pedagogical support or education project implementation
- French proficiency
Desired Criteria
- Master's degree in a relevant field is an asset
- Experience with international organisation-supported programmes or projects is an asset
- Knowledge of UN administrative and financial procedures is an asset
- Knowledge of SAP or a similar ERP is desirable
- Knowledge of Arabic or national languages is an asset
