Summary of Responsibilities

  • Analyse teacher-training needs through pedagogical diagnostics, field data collection and skills-gap identification
  • Support development and adaptation of training plans, modules and teaching materials
  • Coordinate logistical and technical arrangements for training activities with trainers and ministries
  • Monitor field training quality, participant engagement and alignment with project objectives
  • Collect, process and analyse monitoring data on training activities and learner outcomes
  • Draft technical reports, synthesis notes and capitalisation documents on training results
  • Archive and structure technical, pedagogical and administrative project documents

Role Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in education sciences, pedagogy, social sciences, educational psychology or another relevant equivalent field
  • At least three years of relevant professional experience in the education sector
  • Proven experience in initial or continuing teacher training, pedagogical support or education project implementation
  • French proficiency

Desired Criteria

  • Master's degree in a relevant field is an asset
  • Experience with international organisation-supported programmes or projects is an asset
  • Knowledge of UN administrative and financial procedures is an asset
  • Knowledge of SAP or a similar ERP is desirable
  • Knowledge of Arabic or national languages is an asset
