National Coordinator, Education Reform Project (IsDB/GPE/OFID)

UNICEF Tajikistan is seeking a National Coordinator to lead day-to-day coordination of Component 2 of the IsDB/GPE/OFID-funded Education Reform Project, focused on improving the quality and efficiency of education services. The role ensures activities by international consultants, national experts and Ministry of Education expert groups are aligned, sequenced, quality-assured and submitted for institutionalization.

• Coordinate day-to-day activities across all three subcomponents of Component 2
• Ensure alignment and sequencing of activities by international consultants and national experts
• Quality-assure deliverables before submission to the Ministry of Education and Science
• Liaise with MoES Component 2 Expert Groups and affiliated institutions
• Support formal endorsement and institutionalization of project outputs

• Relevant experience in education programme coordination or project management
