Job Description
Provide national technical assistance to CS and CIP in Benin for participatory, inclusive preparation and implementation of three-year plans and performance contracts. The consultant will prepare a harmonised guide and planning tools, coordinate capacity strengthening, assure the quality of planning documents, and coordinate performance-analysis reporting based on implementation-monitoring data.

Summary of Responsibilities

- Coordinate preparation and dissemination of CS and CIP performance-analysis reports
Role Requirements
- Master's degree or higher in education sciences, planning, quality engineering or a related field
- At least 15 years of relevant professional experience
- Exceptional French writing skills

- Confirmed technical-assistance and institutional-diagnosis experience
- Experience leading participatory workshops
- Knowledge of Benin's education system
- Experience developing public-administration quality frameworks
