National Consultant for Assessment of the IMPAK caregiver programme

UNICEF seeks a national consultant to assess Selangor’s IMPAK caregiver programme over five months. The assignment supports care-economy and early-childhood-development priorities for women’s work, caregiver support, quality childcare and child outcomes. The consultant will apply evaluation and research expertise to assess caregiver training and support services, with remote work and travel.

• Master’s degree in a listed related field
• At least eight years of relevant work experience in early childhood development
• English proficiency
• National consultant appointment

• Experience in mixed-methods impact evaluation and participatory research
• Experience assessing caregiver training programmes or social care and support services
• Knowledge of early childhood development, nurturing care and quality childcare standards
• Experience in disability-inclusive care and support systems
