Summary of Responsibilities
- Design and draft chapter three on monitoring, risks and regulations
- Develop methodological tools including a results framework, risk analysis template, monitoring dashboard and impact measurement template
- Review chapters one and two for quality and consistency
- Revise chapter three based on comments and feedback
- Prepare the final validated version of chapter three
- Support final validation of the complete guide
Role Requirements
- Master's degree or PhD in education, educational planning, education policy, monitoring and evaluation or a related field
- At least 10 years of relevant professional experience in the education sector
- Experience designing or supporting curriculum reforms
- Demonstrated expertise in curriculum reform planning
- Proven expertise in results-based management, monitoring and evaluation, and risk management
- Excellent drafting and writing skills in either French or English
Desired Criteria
- Experience working with Ministries of Education, UNESCO, UNICEF or other international organisations is required
