Responsibilities

  • Design and draft chapter three on monitoring, risks and regulations
  • Develop methodological tools including a results framework, risk analysis template, monitoring dashboard and impact measurement template
  • Review chapters one and two for quality and consistency
  • Revise chapter three based on comments and feedback
  • Prepare the final validated version of chapter three
  • Support final validation of the complete guide

Requirements

  • Master's degree or PhD in education, educational planning, education policy, monitoring and evaluation or a related field
  • At least 10 years of relevant professional experience in the education sector
  • Experience designing or supporting curriculum reforms
  • Demonstrated expertise in curriculum reform planning
  • Proven expertise in results-based management, monitoring and evaluation, and risk management
  • Excellent drafting and writing skills in either French or English
