Training & Knowledge Management Officer

Contributes to developing and implementing a strengthened knowledge management and training capability for HR Shared Services within the Business Transformation Team. Drives learning and knowledge management strategy so staff have the right skills and information to perform effectively.

Department: GSS HR Shared Services (HRSS) - Business Transformation Team

• Oversee formulation and deployment of global learning and knowledge strategies for HRSS
• Define and advise on onboarding, mentoring, career development and learning path strategies
• Design, develop and deliver blended and digital training courses for HRSS
• Ensure training content aligns with approved procedures and standards in coordination with SMEs
• Develop and maintain training materials and learning resources
• Contribute to evaluation and continuous improvement of training programmes

• University degree or equivalent experience
• Good command of English and either French, Arabic or Spanish
• Computer proficiency
