Job Description
Manages the premises and infrastructure function for ICRC’s Dnipro Sub-delegation, ensuring that accommodation and office space meet operational, security and maintenance needs. The role supervises facilities staff and contractors, oversees related costs and supplies, and maintains effective working relationships with authorities, landlords and service providers.

Summary of Responsibilities
- Determine accommodation and office-space needs and identify suitable premises
- Assess premises set-up and passive security measures and propose corrective action
- Coordinate maintenance of premises and infrastructure
- Supervise facilities staff, organise their work and provide training
- Develop housing policy and establish lease agreements
- Coordinate contractors, suppliers, service providers and external contacts
- Control premises-maintenance expenses, service costs, materials and stocks
- Maintain accurate files and statistics
Role Requirements
- Ukrainian citizenship or permanent residence permit in Ukraine
- University degree or advanced technical certificate or equivalent
- At least 2 years’ experience in the same field of activity
- Fluent written and spoken English and Ukrainian
- Computer literacy including good knowledge of Microsoft Office
