Summary of Responsibilities
- Supervise kitchen-space and equipment cleanliness
- Prepare and cook breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks
- Record supplies and shortages and report to the Shelter Coordinator
- Ensure compliance with food-safety and personal-hygiene procedures
- Coordinate with teams on meal-planning needs
- Train beneficiaries in meal preparation
Role Requirements
- Relevant professional-experience certificate, certification or certified training
- Valid health certificate and successful food-handler examinations
- Fluency in Greek
Desired Criteria
- Experience with children or vulnerable populations
- Experience in a multicultural environment
- Working knowledge of English or French
