Economic Security Generalist

Supports ICRC’s Economic Security programme in Kharkiv through field and office work that helps plan, deliver and monitor assistance for people affected by conflict. The generalist registers and verifies beneficiaries, tracks distributions and project data, conducts monitoring visits, maintains programme databases and prepares activity plans, reports and administrative follow-up.

• Participate in planning and implementation of economic-security activities
• Conduct beneficiary selection, registration, verification and distributions
• Prepare implementation action plans aligned with project objectives
• Conduct field visits and monitor interventions using established tools
• Manage data entry and reporting with the Project Activity Management focal point
• Maintain the Economic Security beneficiary database
• Write field-trip reports and meeting minutes
• Provide administrative support for programme delivery

• Ukrainian citizenship or permanent residence permit in Ukraine
• High school diploma, technical education or professional or university degree in a related field
• Good written and spoken English and Ukrainian
• 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar field
