Job Description
Supports FAO’s mine-action assistance to rural households in Kharkiv by coordinating beneficiary registration, verification and distribution activities. The facilitator works with hromadas, authorities and service providers to maintain Kobo records, organise community engagement and distributions, monitor assistance, apply safeguarding standards, and arrange local project logistics.

Summary of Responsibilities
- Prepare Kobo registration forms with the cash and voucher team and MEAL unit
- Identify and train local-authority focal points on beneficiary registration
- Conduct household identification with hromadas in prioritised Kharkiv settlements
- Verify and maintain complete beneficiary records for cash and voucher transfers
- Organise community meetings on selection criteria, entitlements and distribution arrangements
- Oversee fair and transparent distribution events in Kharkiv region
- Conduct post-distribution monitoring and report irregularities or discrepancies
- Implement AAP, PSEA and feedback-and-complaint mechanisms in prioritised hromadas
Role Requirements
- University degree in social sciences, law, economics, statistics or another field relevant to FAO's work
- At least one year of relevant experience in partnerships, facilitation and training
- Working knowledge of Russian and Ukrainian at level C
- Limited knowledge of English at level B
- National of Ukraine
Desired Criteria
- Knowledge of interactive facilitation techniques, methods and tools
- Experience with Kobo Toolbox, Kobo Collect or similar data-collection software
- Knowledge of international peace or human-rights sectors
- Prior experience with UN agencies or similar international organisations
