Responsibilities
- Maintain the integrated WatHab in Detention program in line with delegation detention policy, including ICRC partnership with BJMP and BuCor
- Manage the WatHab infrastructure program in detention including objectives, resources and project reporting
- Manage the WatHab in Detention engineering team of 2-3 Resident Engineers
- Support other Water & Habitat team members in the Philippines on technical engineering matters
- Contribute to the annual planning process (APM and PMfR) and institutional reporting
- Interact with BJMP and BuCor management/logistics and with contractors, suppliers and other organizations in the jails/prisons infrastructure field
Requirements
- University degree in architecture, civil engineering, environmental engineering or related field
- 6 to 8 years of professional experience in project management related to WatHab expertise
- Experience managing 4-6 technical support staff
