Enhances the digital reputation and positioning of the ICRC delegation by editing, creating and publishing content across the delegation's website and social media channels. Leads editorial planning and storytelling of multimedia content and evaluates digital content performance.

Summary of Responsibilities

  • Manage the delegation's country page (website) and social media accounts using best practices
  • Lead editorial planning and storytelling of multimedia content for digital platforms
  • Create, edit, repurpose and publish engaging content across digital channels
  • Evaluate the success of digital content initiatives and produce social media reports
  • Produce e-newsletters for the digital outreach to ICRC delegation contacts
  • Serve as delegation focal point for harmful information (mis/disinformation, hate speech)

Role Requirements

  • University degree in communications, marketing or journalism, preferably with digital background
  • 3-5 years professional experience, minimum 3 years in digital communication

Desired Criteria

  • Completion of related short courses in social media management, digital marketing, multimedia content generation, photography or videography
  • Preferably with an INGO/NGO background
