Responsibilities
- Produce emergency, thematic and contextual fundraising content
- Draft donor appeals, funding proposals, briefings and reports
- Maintain current financial and humanitarian information on assigned files
- Coordinate source material with operational and subject-matter specialists
- Edit and proofread assets against institutional guidance
- Adapt narratives and presentation formats to target donor audiences
- Lead content packages and support emergency fundraising updates
- Coach and help onboard new fundraising content officers
Requirements
- University degree or advanced certification
- Master's degree in communications, international relations, journalism or a related field
- At least five years of professional experience
- Proven English-language writing experience
- Proven ability to analyse and synthesise large amounts of information
- High proficiency in English
