Builds WFP Philippines partnerships with Japanese public, private and civil-society organisations by mapping prospects, managing donor dialogue, developing funding proposals and briefings, translating visibility content, coordinating visits and events, and tracking follow-up that advances resource mobilisation and reputation.

Responsibilities

  • Research and map Japanese partnership and resource-mobilisation prospects
  • Manage dialogue with the Embassy of Japan and other Japanese organisations
  • Develop and quality-assure funding proposals, briefs and partnership materials
  • Translate Japanese communications and visibility products when required
  • Coordinate donor visits, field missions, events and partnership follow-up

Requirements

  • Advanced university degree with three years of relevant experience, or first university degree with five years
  • Experience in partnership development, stakeholder engagement, communications or resource mobilisation
  • Excellent written and oral English and Japanese
  • Foreign nationality
