Responsibilities

  • Lead the unified Mass Fundraising workstream across single and regular giving
  • Develop regular giving and mid-value fundraising strategies aligned with growth targets
  • Manage a sub-team and allocate work to deliver seven-figure annual income targets
  • Design and optimise donor campaigns and journeys across digital and direct channels
  • Use data, forecasts and donor trends to monitor income and course-correct strategy
  • Lead adoption and optimisation of Salesforce for mass fundraising processes
  • Manage internal stakeholders, telemarketing agencies and sector networks

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field
  • At least eight years of experience leading fundraising programmes and multichannel campaigns
  • Experience managing multiple line reports
  • Experience with donor development programmes
  • Track record delivering fundraising programmes with seven-figure income totals
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Availability for out-of-hours on-call work, including weekends, during emergency appeals
