Job Description
Recruits regular pledge donors for UNICEF Croatia through face-to-face fundraising in Zagreb, Rijeka and other Croatian cities. The consultant represents UNICEF to the public, communicates programme impact and supports sustainable private-sector funding for country office activities.

Summary of Responsibilities
- Represent UNICEF, its vision and mission in a professional manner
- Acquire regular donors through face-to-face fundraising
- Communicate UNICEF programme activities and the importance of sustainable private-sector funding
- Maintain knowledge through UNICEF website updates, social networking platforms, newsletters and fundraiser meetings
- Collect sensitive donor information and handle it with confidentiality and information security
- Deliver administrative tasks and paperwork including timesheets, pledge forms and donor inquiries on time
- Follow work procedures and report relevant information to F2F Fundraising Team Leaders or the Office
- Support fundraising activities and participate in UNICEF F2F education
Role Requirements
- High school diploma
- Written and spoken Croatian proficiency
- Ethical marketing understanding
- Good communication and strong interpersonal skills
- Adaptability as a team member

Skills
Additional Information
- Consultancy contract throughout 2026
- Fundraisers are expected to work at least 4 hours per day and at least 3 days per week, including at least two weekend shifts per month
- Monthly fee is based on acquired pledge donors, pledge quality and supervisor evaluation, paid in local currency
- Travel outside the duty station is planned through mobile teams in larger cities
- Bus or train ticket costs are added to the fee amount after submitting tickets to the UNICEF Office
- Consultants are not UNICEF staff members and are responsible for tax liabilities and valid visa and health insurance where applicable
