Job Description

Support the Seoul Center for Finance and Innovation through trust-fund administration, donor reporting, portfolio monitoring and communications. The consultant will coordinate grants, budgets, events, digital content and knowledge records while working with World Bank teams and Korean partners.

Summary of Responsibilities

  • Track grant approvals commitments disbursements milestones and portfolio status
  • Prepare donor reports presentations financial tables and briefing materials
  • Maintain workplans project records knowledge repositories and the SCFI website
  • Coordinate meetings missions conferences vendors procurement and payments
  • Support communications visibility newsletters and preparation of SCFI Phase 5

Role Requirements

  • Hold a master’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field
  • Have at least two years of relevant operational trust-fund project communications or knowledge-management experience
  • Demonstrate excellent written and spoken English and fluency in Korean
  • Be based in Korea and eligible for local recruitment
  • Use standard office and digital content-management tools effectively

Desired Criteria

  • Experience in an international organisation
  • Experience with donor reporting portfolio monitoring or trust-fund administration
