The role turns acquisition, retention and payment data into actionable insights that strengthen fundraising performance, donor engagement and global donor-development work.

• Analyse donor-acquisition, fundraising-performance and retention data
• Support global donor-development and private-sector fundraising projects
• Manage payment processes for donation withdrawals
• Maintain the fundraising data mart and strengthen data quality
• Develop KPI reports and actionable insights for campaign optimisation
• Support data-management change, process standardisation and stakeholder coordination

• High school diploma with at least two years of relevant experience, or a university degree with at least one year
• At least one year of relevant experience in data analysis, CRM management or marketing strategy
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Korean
