Information and Data Management Associate

UNHCR seeks a national UN Volunteer in South Africa to manage protection and programme data, produce dashboards and analytical products, support Protection and Gender Theme Group coordination, monitor workplans and maintain information systems, records and knowledge products.

Department: South Africa Country Office

• Collect, validate and organise operational and programme data
• Prepare dashboards, factsheets, maps and statistical summaries
• Maintain data tools, reporting templates and information systems
• Coordinate Protection and Gender Theme Group meetings and action trackers
• Monitor programme and inter-agency workplan implementation
• Maintain records, repositories and stakeholder information

• Diploma or higher qualification in social science, statistics, information management, data science, demography, computer science or a relevant field
• Demonstrated interest or experience in information and data management
• Data analysis and visualisation skills
• Database and information-management skills
• Fluent English

• Monthly Volunteer Living Allowance of R7,500 is provided
