Senior Information Management Associate

Strengthens IOM Türkiye’s migration information systems by coordinating data standards, collection, quality control, analysis and reporting across programmes. The role supports field teams, develops dashboards and maps, trains information-management staff and supplies reliable evidence to internal and external partners.

Department: MEAL Unit

• Apply country-level data standards and common operational datasets
• Coordinate information-management activities and programme focal points
• Compile and quality-check data for standard information products and reports
• Design and manage data-collection tools with field teams
• Analyse migration trends and produce statistics, reports and dashboards
• Train staff involved in information collection and entry
• Use geographic data for mapping and geographic information systems
• Validate programme reports, fact sheets and guidance products

• University degree in data science, computer science, computer engineering, demography, statistics, mathematics, engineering or a related field with four years of relevant experience, or school diploma with six years
• At least four years of experience managing business-intelligence software and information-management databases
• At least two years of experience coordinating remote teams and preparing reports and assessment tools
• At least two years of information-management experience in emergency response and migration
• At least two years of experience with an international organisation or UN agency
• At least three years of experience in Türkiye or a comparable regional context
• Fluency in English and Turkish
