Overview
Manages UNFPA Ethiopia’s DHIS2 information systems and integrates humanitarian and development data for programme oversight. The analyst leads data migration and quality assurance, builds dashboards and maps, supports partners, produces analysis and strengthens evidence use across the country programme.

Responsibilities
- Manage migration to the central DHIS2 production instance and optimise programme metadata
- Coordinate monthly partner data collection and assure completeness and quality
- Analyse and visualise programme data for planning, reporting and decision-making
- Develop performance-tracking, commodity-monitoring and mapping components
- Scale data-quality approval workflows across thematic areas
- Support country-office staff and implementing partners throughout the data lifecycle
- Produce dashboards, infographics, maps, reports and data-driven advocacy materials
- Coordinate knowledge management, documentation and capacity building for data use
Requirements
- Advanced degree in information management, statistics or another relevant field
- At least two years of professional experience in information management, humanitarian data management or monitoring data
- Knowledge of sexual and reproductive health and gender-based violence data
- Knowledge of humanitarian-assistance reporting, data sourcing, cartographic presentation and geographic information-system analysis
- Proficiency in DHIS2 architecture and advanced configuration
- ArcGIS skills
- Fluency in English
- Ethiopian nationality
