Consultancy coordinating information management for IOM Bangladesh’s Displacement Management Cluster, including assessments, survey tools, analysis, dashboards, maps, reporting systems, partner information-sharing and monitoring support for disaster-affected populations.

Responsibilities

  • Support assessments of displaced and disaster-affected populations
  • Develop data-collection tools and analyse assessment data
  • Create information products, dashboards, maps and graphics
  • Maintain partner lists and archive cluster information
  • Establish monitoring mechanisms and reporting formats
  • Share disaggregated information with government and humanitarian partners
  • Train cluster members and partners to use reporting tools
  • Oversee field operations supporting implementation and monitoring

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in urban and regional planning, information technology, statistics, geographical sciences or another relevant field
  • Minimum four years of work experience with development organisations
  • Experience in information management, data collection, reporting, coordination and analysis of large information systems
  • Experience with Kobo survey design or a relevant survey application
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
  • Fluency in oral and written English and Bengali
