Overview

Supports monitoring, evaluation and learning across IOM programmes by maintaining results frameworks, collecting and analysing evidence, coordinating donor reporting and evaluations, and strengthening data management and feedback practices with project teams and partners.

Responsibilities

  • Implement monitoring and evaluation activities across Project Support Unit programmes using results matrices, workplans and indicators
  • Develop standardised monitoring tools, dashboards and reporting templates
  • Collect project data through surveys, interviews and focus groups in line with data protection principles
  • Compile and analyse donor reports and maintain programme results matrices and reporting calendars
  • Conduct beneficiary monitoring visits and calls and support community feedback processes
  • Create programme presentations, case stories, situation reports and newsletter content from monitoring evidence
  • Train project teams and implementing partners in monitoring, reporting and adaptive learning
  • Support internal and external evaluations and document progress, good practices and lessons learned

Requirements

  • University degree in International Relations, International Development, Political Science, Statistics or a related field with three years of relevant experience, or a high school certificate with five years of relevant experience
  • Professional experience with international cooperation and international humanitarian organisations
  • Fluency in written and spoken French and English
