Overview
Supports the Jérémie field office with monitoring, evaluation and vulnerability analysis by designing evidence plans, coordinating data collection, analysing food-security and market information, tracking recommendations and strengthening partner capacity for programme decisions and emergency response.

Responsibilities
- Develop monitoring, review and evaluation plans aligned with the country strategic plan
- Budget monitoring and evaluation activities and advocate for adequate resources
- Make findings accessible for programme design and implementation
- Track recommendations from monitoring, reviews and evaluations
- Strengthen staff, partner and government capacity in monitoring and vulnerability analysis
- Maintain field monitoring systems and tools in line with WFP standards
- Coordinate data collection and analysis for food-security assessments
- Collect market data and support emergency-response analysis
Requirements
- Secondary education, preferably supplemented by a university degree in a relevant field
- At least six years of relevant professional experience, including monitoring and evaluation
- Proficiency in French and working knowledge of English
- Experience using quantitative and qualitative analytical methods
