- Design the project MEAL framework, indicators, baselines and monitoring tools
- Oversee field monitoring, evaluations and beneficiary feedback mechanisms
- Manage beneficiary data, safeguards and gender-responsive inclusion evidence
- Analyse performance and prepare dashboards, donor reports and learning products
- Train project teams and partners in digital data collection and adaptive management
Requirements
- Advanced university degree in economics, statistics, agriculture, rural development, social sciences or a related field
- At least seven years of relevant MEAL experience in agriculture or rural development
- Excellent written and spoken English and Filipino
- Philippine nationality
