Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning (MEAL) Specialist

Leads MEAL for an FAO resilience project in the Philippines, designing indicators and digital data systems, overseeing field monitoring, evaluations and beneficiary feedback, analysing performance and translating evidence into donor reports, learning and adaptive improvements for climate-smart agriculture and early action.

• Design the project MEAL framework, indicators, baselines and monitoring tools
• Oversee field monitoring, evaluations and beneficiary feedback mechanisms
• Manage beneficiary data, safeguards and gender-responsive inclusion evidence
• Analyse performance and prepare dashboards, donor reports and learning products
• Train project teams and partners in digital data collection and adaptive management

• Advanced university degree in economics, statistics, agriculture, rural development, social sciences or a related field
• At least seven years of relevant MEAL experience in agriculture or rural development
• Excellent written and spoken English and Filipino
• Philippine nationality

• Field-based assignment in Isabela Province with missions to Isabela and Cagayan
