Responsibilities

  • Design the project MEAL framework, indicators, baselines and monitoring tools
  • Oversee field monitoring, evaluations and beneficiary feedback mechanisms
  • Manage beneficiary data, safeguards and gender-responsive inclusion evidence
  • Analyse performance and prepare dashboards, donor reports and learning products
  • Train project teams and partners in digital data collection and adaptive management

Requirements

  • Advanced university degree in economics, statistics, agriculture, rural development, social sciences or a related field
  • At least seven years of relevant MEAL experience in agriculture or rural development
  • Excellent written and spoken English and Filipino
  • Philippine nationality
