Responsibilities

  • Coordinate country-programme planning, implementation monitoring and reporting
  • Oversee knowledge management and HACT assurance
  • Monitor budgets, contributions and programme performance
  • Strengthen results-based management capacity and quality assurance
  • Guide household surveys, data analysis and real-time monitoring
  • Coordinate programme sections, field offices and external partners

Requirements

  • Advanced degree in social sciences, development, programme planning, public administration, statistics, demography or a related field
  • At least eight years of relevant national and international programme-planning, budget, monitoring and evaluation experience
  • Experience monitoring large programmes
  • Previous experience as a Chief of Planning and Monitoring or Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation
  • English fluency
