Responsibilities
- Coordinate country-programme planning, implementation monitoring and reporting
- Oversee knowledge management and HACT assurance
- Monitor budgets, contributions and programme performance
- Strengthen results-based management capacity and quality assurance
- Guide household surveys, data analysis and real-time monitoring
- Coordinate programme sections, field offices and external partners
Requirements
- Advanced degree in social sciences, development, programme planning, public administration, statistics, demography or a related field
- At least eight years of relevant national and international programme-planning, budget, monitoring and evaluation experience
- Experience monitoring large programmes
- Previous experience as a Chief of Planning and Monitoring or Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation
- English fluency
