Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate implementation of the STEP for Girls and Learning programme
- Manage programme budgeting, monitoring and results reporting
- Provide field support on equity-focused and results-based programming
- Strengthen monitoring, evaluation, accountability and learning systems
- Build planning and evaluation capacity among education partners
- Coordinate with the Ministry of Education, regional bureaus and target districts
- Develop partnerships, advocacy and knowledge-management approaches
Requirements
- Advanced university degree in education, social sciences, curriculum and instruction, teacher education or a related technical field
- At least five years of professional monitoring and evaluation experience at national or regional level in education or social development
- Experience delivering results in challenging education contexts
- Proficient or fluent English
- Ethiopian nationality
