Project Team Coordinator

Leads provincial delivery of FAO’s climate-resilient agriculture project in Isabela and Cagayan, supervising teams, cash-plus support, beneficiary targeting, procurement and safeguards; coordinating government and donor partners; and adapting workplans through monitoring, risk management and field evidence.

• Lead project implementation and supervise provincial personnel
• Coordinate workplans, budgets, targeting and beneficiary databases
• Oversee procurement, cash assistance and post-distribution monitoring
• Guide climate-resilient agriculture and capacity-building activities
• Monitor results, manage risks and report to FAO, government and donors

• Advanced university degree in agriculture, rural development, community development or related sustainable-development studies
• Eight years of relevant agriculture, rural-development and programme-management experience
• Full professional proficiency in English
• Philippine nationality
• Willingness to travel to project sites
