Responsibilities

  • Refine field workplans, targeting, profiling and baseline activities
  • Coordinate provincial and local government partners and community organizations
  • Oversee beneficiary registration, training, cash assistance and input distribution
  • Promote climate-resilient farming, fisheries and energy-efficient technologies
  • Organize trainings, field demonstrations and participatory activities
  • Coordinate field procurement, logistics and equipment validation
  • Maintain beneficiary data and support monitoring and post-distribution assessments
  • Report progress, resolve bottlenecks and represent the project in provincial forums

Requirements

  • University degree in agriculture, rural development, development studies, community development, community organizing or a related field
  • At least five years of experience in agriculture or rural development, project implementation, capacity building and coordination
  • Nationality of the Philippines
  • Working knowledge of English and excellent written and oral Filipino
  • Willingness to travel to project sites
