Conducts an intersectional gender assessment of WFP Honduras's resilience programme, consults rural communities, maps barriers and partnerships, and develops a women's and youth economic empowerment strategy, indicators and practical recommendations for food-security and climate-resilience projects.

• Design an intersectional research protocol for resilience activities
• Review policies and apply the Rapid Intersectional Gender Analysis
• Collect primary data through participatory community consultations
• Analyse barriers to women's and youth economic empowerment
• Map gender-focused organisations and partnership opportunities
• Produce a gender diagnostic, strategy and technical note

• Undergraduate degree in a relevant social-science field
• Professional gender and intersectionality experience in rural or food-security contexts
• Excellent written and spoken Spanish
